The staff at Dace Car Supermarket were good because everything about my buying experience, from start to finish, was excellent. Tony Jackson offered honest reliable service, the vehicles were all spotless, and the dealership outstanding.
I would recommend Dace, however, i would not recommend asking for your car to be machine polished prior to delivery!
I'd suggest Dace Car Supermarket to a friend because of the professional and friendly way the overall experience was. There is however something which I have found unsettling. There were 2 documents left in the glove compartment which I found the next day. The first is a form from Bedford auction house with the failure report box ticked.It is dated 12/6/26. I presume this should read 12/6/2025. The second is a form from The Trade Centre Wales which states
" Upon brining this vehicle into our preparation centre, we have lifted the bonnet and noticed a significant amount of sealer behind the O/S/F wing on the chassis of the car. We looked a little further into it and noticed the footwell is very wet. this leads us to believe this car has a big water leak."
Needless to say this was a shock as none of this had been mentioned and i certainly would have never considered buying a car with this history. Unfortunately it has taken the gloss off the sale.

I was happy with the service at Dace Car Supermarket because although you didn't have a suitable vehicle on site at the time, you made me aware of a model that was due in a couple of days. A viewing was then arranged, and an upgrade to the look and appearance of the car to meet our exact needs was offered. Tony was very knowledgeable and helpful, and kept us informed of the progress at all stages up to handover.
The staff at Dace Car Supermarket were good because it was a very helpful and friendly service also good aftercare
